As part of our commitment to the Hampton Roads community, Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School makes the Barry Robinson Theater available to the public, for a fee, for theatrical, musical, and dance productions, and other events. If you or your organization would like to tour the facility, contact Trey Clarkson at 757.467.2887 or by email. If you are ready to submit an application, follow the instructions below. Procedures for Barry Robinson Theater Rental:
1. Fill out a Theater Rental Application Form. This can be done online, or you can download a Rental Application (at right, in pdf format), then print, complete and mail it to the address below. You can also obtain a form from the main office of Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School, 4552 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Completed forms should be sent to this same address, to the attention of Trey Clarkson.
2. Rental Application must be approved by the Director of the BRTFAC. Upon approval, a Rental Contract (at right - pdf) and Insurance Form (at right - pdf) will be filled out, and signed by the applicant and the BRTFAC director.
4. Payment must be received at least two weeks before the date of facility rental. Facility rental forms do not have final approval until payment is made in full and will not be permitted without payment ten business days before the event.
